1     Child Tax credit with a household income of less than £15,860.
Or
2     Pension Credit (This is a top up over and above the basic state pension)
Or
Income-related employment and support allowance (takes into account household income/pensions/savings of £6000 and the effect your disability has on your ability to work) with either:
A     Parental responsibility for a child under 16, who lives at the property
B     A child aged 16-19 who lives at the property and in full time education (Not at University)
C     Disabled Child Premium 
D     Pension Premium (including Higher or Advanced)
E     Disability or Severe Disability Premium - (Child Tax Credit Only)
F     Disability Premium (including Enhanced or Severe)
G    Work Related Activity Support component (Income related ESA only)
Or
Income based job seeker’s allowance (unemployed or work less than 16 hours a week) with either:
A       Parental responsibility for a child under 16, who lives at the property
B       A child aged 16-19 who lives at the property and in full time education (Not at University)
C      Disabled Child Premium
D      Pension Premium (including Higher or Advanced)
E      Disability or Severe Disability Premium - (Child Tax Credit Only)
F      Disability Premium (including Enhanced or Severe)
G      Work Related Activity Support component (Income related ESA only)
Or
Income Support with either:
A      Parental responsibility for a child under 16, who lives at the property
B      A child aged 16-19 who lives at the property and in full time education (Not at University)
C      Disabled Child Premium
D      Pension Premium (including Higher or Advanced)
E      Disability or Severe Disability Premium - (Child Tax Credit Only)
F      Disability Premium (including Enhanced or Severe)
G      Work Related Activity Support component (Income related ESA only)
Or
Working Tax Credit with either:
A     Aged 60 or over
B     Has parental responsibility for a child aged under 16, who lives at the property.
C     A child aged 16-19 who lives at the property and in full time education (Not at University)
D     In receipt of disabled worker element or severe disability element.
Or 
A Property Landlord with a tenant qualifying under one of the requirements above.
